At present, our expanding trademark practice has opened a new opportunity for an attorney with two to three years of experience in the practice of trademark law. Our firm’s trademark practice includes assessing trademark search results and issuing opinions pertaining thereto, issuing trademark infringement opinions, prosecuting both U.S. and foreign trademark applications, drafting and negotiating trademark license agreements, handling opposition and cancellation proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and litigating trademark matters in federal and state court.
