Steven F. Owens

Steven F. Owens is an associate in the law firm of Pitts and Brittian, P.C., and currently assists in the areas of intellectual property law, patent application preparation, and patent infringement opinion preparation.

Mr. Owens earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in 2005. Mr. Owens earned his Juris Doctor in 2008 from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, where he was the Associate Director of Mediation for the Cumberland Trial Board and a Research Associate for the Cumberland School of Law Center for Biotechnology, Law and Ethics.

Mr. Owens is currently studying for admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Owens is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
